Service
Aggie Belles strives to help serve others throughout campus and the community. Members shall seek to continuously impact the community and university through service events associated with the organization, Texas A&M, or the community as a whole. Aggie Belles annually participate in The Big Event, Gladiator Dash, G.L.O.W 5K, and Replant, as well as volunteer biweekly at Bryan's Boys and Girls Club and Central Sports.
Sisterhood
Aggie Belles is committed to encouraging, supporting and empowering all members through a sisterhood that is based on support, diversity, and compassion.
Leadership
Aggie Belles allows each member to grow as a leader throughout their membership. Members will gain fundamental leadership skills through their committee positions, and their work with others inside and outside of the organization. Aggie Belles incorporates different leadership qualities into our weekly meetings. Some of these qualities include empathy, professionalism, listening, adversity and career building.
